Random Word Wisdom—yo-yo
The yo-yo has become all the rage for fifth-graders at my kids’ school. Rumor has it the tricky toy comes out before school, at recess, and after the school day is done.
Proper spelling: yo-yo.
Fun fact: Once a trademark, the word yo-yo is now a generic term.
